Taylor Davis
Taylor Davis has been an owner and the Chairman of the Board for General Electrodynamics Corporation since 2011. Taylor has been a part of GEC for over 30 years as the son of Founder Dick E. Davis. Taylor is a Business School Graduate at Texas Christian University in 1985 as well as holding an MBA from the University of Miami in Florida.
Taylor’s career started with Ford Motor Company as a Zone Manager to Lincoln dealerships. From Ford Motor Co. Taylor went back to GEC to spend several years in GEC’s Sales & Marketing department as the company moved heavily into Aircraft Weighing and expanded into manufacturing more products.
Then in 1996 Taylor accepted an offer to join the Management Consulting firm RLG International. There Taylor went from being a full-time consultant with Oil & Gas production firms in Texas, Oklahoma, Alaska, and eventually leading RLG’s Asia & Australia Business Unit based in Perth Australia for 4 years. He then moved back to the US and ran the Aerospace Business Unit for RLG for years building up a successful productivity improvement implementations with airlines, aircraft manufacturers and Defense component and airframe contractors.
Today Taylor and his wife Sally live in Dallas Fort Worth area where is he is the Vice President of Global Business Development for RLG International and serves as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
